I visited Apocalypse BBQ for the first time, and I must say, the food was solid. Arriving around 10:30am to beat the line, we found ourselves eating at 11am, which is a bit early for me. The menu has a great selection of options to choose from. The ribs were juicy and enhanced with a flavorful coffee rub that added a unique touch. The burger was cooked to perfectly. However, the brisket bacon, while tasty, was a bit on the salty side for my liking. In addition to their impressive barbecue offerings, Apocalypse BBQ has a great cocktail selection that complements the meal perfectly. They also feature different specials throughout the week. Overall, despite the early meal time, my visit to Apocalypse BBQ was enjoyable, and I look forward to returning to try more of their delicious offerings.

Being going around looking for some of my top burgers in the city and hurray! Found one of my top contenders. The burger here was one of the best in the city. Love the flavor and the extra kick with the jalapeños. Next time will try the other burger in their menu. The fries were hot and fresh and the cookie, oh the cookie, please order it. It was delicious! I need to go back. The wait is long, but I ordered to go and just ate in some tables they have outside. That would be my only complaint. But it's expected when people find a good place to be this full. I'll be there soon again.

I have been following them on IG for a few months and I said heading to Fort Lauderdale I have to detour to come eat here . Now driving from Tampa is about 4 hours and you can bet it was worth it . The most flavorful and tender bbq I had . Everything was freaking delicious and seasoned well . My favorite were the cafecito rub ribs that fall right off the bone . The skull honey cornbread freaking amazing . We had no complaints. The entire staff was amazing and we got there and had a 45 min wait and it was all worth it . This is a must try spot . We were lucky enough to go on a Wed when they do dollar wings and boy they were yummy . My husband enjoyed the brisket bacon and the he said the pulled pork was amazing. Everything was amazing. Hope to be back when we head back to Miami . Wish I lived closer .oh and you gotta get the chocolate chip cookie it was amazing

Apocalypse bbq is always super packed on the weekends. We tried to get there early to secure a table, and we were a still a little too late. We ended up sitting on the counter they have along the window. A bit uncomfortable for 3 people but we've been dying to try the food so we made it work! I ordered the jefe burger as I've heard really great things about their burgers. First off, I really appreciated the bun the burger was served on. I don't think I've had a burger at a restaurant with this type of bread. I like the cheese and sauce the burger came with. They don't ask how you want it cooked so they're all cooked the same. None of their entrees come with sides, which is kind of a bummer. I ordered a side of corn bread and fries. I love the shape of their corn bread. It's a bit pricey for only one piece. The honey it's served with complements it well. If I'm ever in the mood for a good burger, I'd definitely go back! Hopefully next time we'll be able to sit at an actual table.
